I have been in business for 30years and i have never lost a Client - Mc Dan declares.
Ghanaian business magnate Mr. Daniel McKorley boldly disclosed that ever since he got involved in the business as an entrepreneur, he has never lost a client.
Mr Mckorley the CEO of Mcdan Group of companies made this known in an interview on Asempa FM 94.7 on the 4th edition of Ekosisen Dialogue program.
According to Him, if you wish to have a taste of his success as an entrepreneur,there only strategies to employ consistently. Utmost fairness, respect, and integrity are what keep Mckorley firm and bold in business.
in his words: "In my close to 30 years of doing business, I haven’t lost a client. Not one. Why? There is no secret formula. There is no fast-forward button. There is no magic drill. There is no secret sauce. There are no shortcuts. There is no one-click solution to why I have been able to do that. I did it based on these three things:
1. Treat people fairly, respect everyone and deal with people with all integrity. A huge element of respect comes from having integrity. Integrity involves honesty, consistency, reliability and a strong moral code. If you have integrity, people know what they can expect from you and (usually) appreciate both who you are and the certainty that gives them.
2. Ideally, you want to work with clients who share your values and with whom you connect. But, when you become friends with a business partner, you must be aware of maintaining a sense of professionalism despite your connection.
3. It takes discipline in everything you do to get results. It doesn’t matter if it is personal or professional; you must discipline yourself to be consistent in what you do. Too much to do creates inconsistency and to little lack of motivation. Find balance!'
In the year 2016, McKorley was awarded the title of Entrepreneur of the Year - 2016 at the Ghana Aviation Awards.
